125g Reef Tank Stand

I had the 55g tank sitting inbetween the columns. I moved the tank over and removed the columns to start from scratch. I also removed the carpet and will go with a type of water resistant floor. I have the whole system on 3 different breakers and divided all the outlets to each breaker. I do construction as a second job so it was all easy to do. Sheetrock went on to blend it all in with the house. Once I had it painted, the tanks set in place and the system up and running I built the doors.
I wanted openings everywhere so I could get to everything under the tank with ease. There are 10 openings all around the base. The top part was also built into the ceiling to blend in with the house. It has the effect of a wall tank. I located the 3 ballasts in the attic to help keep heat down.
The mural "A Piece of the Ocean" is what I designed on my computer. I then drew it on the sheetrock and painted it.

The rubbermaid I was going to use as a sump. I decided against it and built my own.

The sheetrock is hung and I did the corners with bullnose. It rounds them off. I put corner bead on all the accesses.
