Highway 146 at FM 1765

Witnesses stated that the Nissan Sentra traveling Northbound ran into the rear
of the Toyota Rav 4, which was stopped at the light.
The Sentra was traveling at a high rate of speed which caused the Toyota to hit the
back of another vehicle, slightly damaging it.
The only injuries were to the occupant of the Sentra. They were transported to
UTMB with possible head injuries.
The driver and passenger were not wearing seatbelts. Note the spidering of the
windshield from the passengers head.

The driver of the Sentra is only 18 years old. He was cited for failure to
control speed, no seatbelt, no driver’s license and no proof of insurance.
